Born in Pamplona in 1986. Career official of the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State since 2021. Bachelor of History from the University of Zaragoza and Master of Democracy and Comparative Politics from University College London (UCL). He speaks English and French.
He has developed his administrative career in the General Subdirectorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Public Service and in the General Subdirectorate of Human Resources Planning and Remuneration. Prior to taking office as a career officer he worked in international cooperation for the development and economic management of projects.
He currently holds the post of Assistant Director-General for Human Resources Planning and Remuneration, dealing with the modification of the employment relationships of the autonomous departments and bodies of the General Administration of the State, the elaboration of the offer of public employment, the authorization of appointments and hiring of temporary staff and the prior report of the calls for selective processes.
He has been a member of different courts of selective tests for access to bodies and scales of civil servants and has participated as a teacher in training activities in the field of human resources, public policy design and equality.
