This site contains information on the grants granted by direct concession through Royal Decree 959/2022, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public, social and economic interest, to public research centres and foundations and public universities in Spain that have been members of consortia of R+D+I projects funded by the cPPP Big Data initiative of "Horizon 2020" (both "Research & Innovation actions" and "Innovation actions"), in order to promote digital transformation through research, development and innovation in the field of cloud computing technologies.
This action falls within Investment 5 (I5) of Component 15: “Digital connectivity, promotion of cybersecurity and deployment of 5G”, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, complying with the achievement of the objectives CID #241 and #242, since these subsidies are configured as a measure of support to business R+D+I, focused on the phases of application of new knowledge for the development and improvement of technologies that increase the resilience and competitive capacity in the medium and long term of Spanish companies, accelerating the development of innovation ecosystems in cloud infrastructures.
