In order to obtain a building license, the developer must present an ICT project in the City Hall, together with the corresponding architectural project. In addition, in order to obtain the first occupation license, it is necessary to have presented to the Ministry, a second copy of the aforementioned project, as well as the installation bulletin and the test protocol, which are indications that the installation has been carried out and works properly.
