Registration Assistance Offices

According to Law 39/2015 of 1 October, there is a change in the name of the network of registration offices that are renamed Registration Assistance Offices (OAMR). These are citizen care offices that you can turn to to submit requests, writings and communications addressed to the public administrations. Article 40 of Royal Decree 203/2021, of 30 March, approving the Regulation on the performance and operation of the public sector by electronic means, lists its functions. The coordination of these functions is attributed to the General Directorate of Public Governance in accordance with Royal Decree 682/2021 of 3 August.
