In this area, the aim is to:
- Gather synthesized information on successful experiences, mainly on quality in the management of public administrations.
- To identify the most innovative experiences carried out by public administrations.
- Actively disseminate this information to public managers and managers.
- Generate shared knowledge, exchange of experiences with diffusion for their replication of those that generate greater interest. For this purpose, it provides the information gathered about those actions or experiences implemented, which have been promoted by bodies of the different public administrations and have had positive results and effects. Cases where problems have been solved innovatively and satisfactorily are also covered.
