Service Improper Use of the Radio Public Domain
Regulations
Law 11/2022, of June 28, General of Telecommunications (BOE 29/06/2022).
Royal Decree 123/2017, of February 24 (BOE 08/03/2017) approving the regulation on the use of the public radio domain.
Information on personal data protection:
According to the arts. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on 5 December 2018, it is reported that the personal data provided through the following forms will be treated by the General Subdirectorate of Management of Audiovisual Communication Services, in the treatment “CRTVE Collection Management”, with the purpose of managing and collecting in August 2009 Radio Contributions.
The aforementioned processing of personal data is necessary to resolve the indicated procedure. The information received through the following forms, including the personal data provided, will be sent to the Sub-Directorate General for the Management of Audiovisual Communication Services. You can exercise your rights before the person responsible for the treatment.
