IMPULSA DATA is a strategic initiative that promotes the development of the data economy and promotes a new data-driven model in the General Administration of the State. It encourages value creation and public-private collaboration based on a key resource for today’s competitiveness: data.
Driven by the Data DG, the project has an investment of more than 10 million euros financed with European funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, within the framework of the Sectoral Data Space Impetus Plan. From its inception, it develops actions in different ministries and agencies to facilitate the opening, advanced management and secure sharing of data, accelerating the digital transformation of the public sector and the ecosystem as a whole.
Its objective is to make the Administration a key agent in the availability and reuse of high-value data, improving public management and driving innovation and economic growth. The project establishes a pioneering model of data governance, which ensures quality, structured and prepared information to power AI solutions.
