El Public Registry of Concessions is a register of free access through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry, regulated in the Article 9 of the Regulationon the use of the public radio domain, approved by Royal Decree 123/2017, of 24 February, in which the characteristics of the public radio domain concessions granted to telecommunications operators can be consulted.
The Public Registry of Concessions identifies for each of the concessions the data identifying the owner, the period of validity, the geographical scope, the type of service for which the frequencies, frequencies or reserved frequency bands may be used, as well as if the rights of use are susceptible to assignment to third parties or if they come from some type of transaction between operators, assignment, transfer, etc.
