According to the art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and Article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, approved on 5 December 2018, it is reported that the personal data provided through this document will be treated by the General Subdirectorate for the Digital Society in the treatment “Single Information Point for electronic communications operators” in order to resolve the procedures and provide the services referred to in the Royal Decree 9 on the high speed communications
