Regulations
Access
Access to this procedure is restricted to persons authorized by holders of public radio domain use. If a holder needs to enable access to a person, he can contact the General Subdirectorate of Digital Security
Notifications
The notifications corresponding to the request will be made by electronic means through the appearance of the interested party or his representative duly identified in the electronic headquarters of the Ministry (access with electronic certificate or Cl@ve). The existence of such notifications will be reported through the email specified in the request.
According to the current regulations, if ten calendar days elapse without access to the content of the notification, it will be understood that it has been rejected and the procedure will be deemed to have been carried out, continuing the procedure.
Information on personal data protection:
According to the art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), and with art. 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is reported that the personal data provided through the following forms will be treated by the General Subdirectorate of Digital Security with the purpose of resolving the procedures of authorization and transmission of information of 5G radio stations.
The aforementioned processing of your personal data is necessary so that the Subdirectorate General of Digital Security can carry out the functions attributed to it to comply with the legal obligations established in Article 16 of the National Security Scheme of 5G networks and services, approved by Royal Decree 443/2024, of 30 April.
