Competent authorities shall ensure that operators provide, in respect of services subject to conditions, information in a clear, comprehensible manner, in an automated format and easily accessible to disabled end-users. This information will be kept regularly updated.
As regards non-discrimination obligations, they shall ensure, in particular, that the company applies equivalent conditions in similar circumstances to other providers of similar services and provides third parties with services and information of the same quality as those it provides for its own services or those of its subsidiaries or associates and under the same conditions.
