[Report on public perception in the provision of public services].

This report analyzes the perception of residents in Spain regarding different public policies and services according to data from the survey conducted in 2016 by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS) commissioned by the State Agency for Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL).

This survey was carried out by personal interview at the respondent's home, at the national level, on a universe composed of resident population of both sexes aged 18 years and older, which took place from May 21 to June 1, 2016.
