The Directorate-General for Public Governance signs agreements with certain professional and social organisations to identify administrative burdens and simplify procedures. The procedures identified are distributed to the managing departments for analysis and assessment of the feasibility of modification.
Through these agreements, the General Government of the State enhances the active participation of the business and social sector in its policy of reducing burdens, and emphasizes the complementary role played by companies and associations in the assessment of the regulations in force, thus contributing to the achievement of the objectives of open government that this Administration has.
The agreements signed in 2023 provided for a duration of two years, which was later extended for the year 2025.
