Officials working in other Public Administrations not reserved at the level of Local Government officials with a national qualification shall be in service in other Public Administrations, governed by the legislation of the Administration where they are posted.

In cases where the destination is addressed on a provisional basis (secondment), this situation shall be recorded ex officio.

In cases where the destination is definitively obtained, the person concerned shall request the declaration of service in other AAPP by means of the following procedure:

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

• Form (to be completed directly at headquarters)
• Act of taking up or certifying the Public Administration where the applicant becomes service as a result of the procedures for the provision of permanent jobs (contests or free designation).
• Certificate/Human Resources Report certifying that the post to be filled is open to your coverage by FHN and specifying its form of provision.

The Service situation in other public administrations is regulated on a basic basis in the Article 88 of the recast text of the Law on the Basic Status of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015 of 30 October and in the Article 58.3 of Royal Decree 128/2018, of 16 March, regulating the legal regime of Local Administration officials with national qualifications.
