IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE
If, after a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, disagreed with the decision taken, or the reply does not meet the requirements referred to in Article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be initiated if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without having received a reply. The complaint can be lodged through the General Instance of the Electronic General Registry, as well as in the other options listed in Law 39/ 2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.
Complaints will be received and dealt with by the Sub-directorate General for Human Resources and Inspection of Services
