This report examines the degree of satisfaction of citizens with about fifty public policies and services that are the responsibility of the different levels of government and administration in Spain. The document also contains an analysis of the public agenda, meaning the set of issues that are the subject of extensive attention by the citizens. In this sense, the aim of the document is not simply to describe the degree of satisfaction of citizens with services. It is also a question of highlighting the issues that could be improved in relation to the services provided by the various Governments as a result of the comparative analysis of the attitudes of citizens residing in each Autonomous Community.
The ultimate aim of this analysis is to generate information that can serve to improve the political agenda, that is, the set of issues on which those who govern consider it appropriate to intervene, and to fuel an increasingly responsible and informed decision-making regardless of the level of government that holds or manages them.
