Order IET/1311/2013, of 9 July (BOE 12/07/2013)

Approving the Regulation on the use of the public radio domain by radio amateurs.

According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter RGPD), and with Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is informed that the personal data provided through the following forms will be incorporated into the treatment "Radioamateurs", whose responsibility is the Sub-Directorate General of Planning and Management of the Radio Spectrum, with the purpose of processing the administrative authorizations of amateur radio.

The aforementioned processing of personal data is necessary so that the Sub-Directorate General of Planning and Management of the Radio Spectrum can carry out the functions attributed to it to comply with the legal obligations established in Law 11/2022, of June 28, General of Telecommunications. Decisions are not made based on the automated processing of this personal data. You can exercise your rights before the person responsible for the treatment.
