Procedure for receiving notifications of article 21 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services and communications of article 12 of Law 6/2020 on electronic trust services.

Notifications to be sent by trusted electronic service providers who intend to initiate or modify the provision of qualified trust services in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, communications of initiation or modification of activity of unqualified providers in accordance with the provisions of Law 6/2020, of 11 November, and notifications regarding remote identification by video for the issuance of qualified electronic certificates in accordance with the provisions of Order ETD/465/2021, of 6 May, as well as any other written request, communication, response to request, or notification of security incident.
