This case does not imply that the beneficiary operator has to carry out any specific additional activity but that, when the European Commission, the Audit Authority, the European Court of Auditors or any other body controlling European funds, requires, in order to verify the management of the documentation aid or needs to visit the premises of the beneficiary operator, the latter has to collaborate in this process and provide all the necessary assistance so that these checks can be carried out and the data requested from them can be made available.
Likewise, it will have to collaborate, within its scope of management, in the activities of monitoring the actions, including evaluation activities that may be interviews, surveys or any other evaluation instrument.
