Article 55 of the General Law on Telecommunications establishes the requirements to be considered when deploying common telecommunications facilities inside buildings. For its part, the Third Additional Provision of the Law establishes that these are regulated in addition, by the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 1/1998, of 27 February, on common infrastructures in buildings for access to telecommunications services and their regulatory developments.
This royal decree-law, in turn, is developed by Royal Decree 346/2011, of 11 March, approving the Regulation regulating common telecommunications infrastructures for access to telecommunication services within buildings and by Order ITC/1644/2011, of 10 June, implementing said Regulation.
