Applicable regulations

The rate per reservation of public radio domain is one of the rates established in the Law 9/2014, of 9 May, General of Telecommunications.

In addition to the other telecommunications fees established in the aforementioned law (general of operators, by numbering, address and denomination and telecommunications fees), it is the responsibility of this Ministry to manage and collect such fees on a voluntary basis.

For its part, the General State Budget Laws in force at any given time include the formula, the values of the applicable coefficients and the minimum amount of perception.
