El Royal Decree 374/2021, of 25 May, It amends the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 188/2016, of 6 May, which establishes the requirements for the marketing, commissioning and use of radio equipment, and regulates the procedure for the assessment of conformity, market surveillance and the sanctioning regime of telecommunication equipment.
The references made in Royal Decree 188/2016, of May 6, to the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and for the Information Society must be understood to be made to the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures.
Likewise, the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 188/2016, of 6 May, has subsequently been modified by Royal Decree 442/2024, of 30 April, on the receptacle and the common charging protocol (single charger) for certain categories of radio equipment.
