From the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and for the Information Society, which determines the types of radio stations for which a replacement certification of the act of technical recognition is required prior to the authorization for entry into service.
NOTIFICATIONS
The notifications corresponding to the request will be made by electronic means through the appearance of the interested party or his duly identified representative at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry (access with electronic certificate). The existence of such notifications will be reported through the email specified in the request.
According to the current regulations, if ten calendar days elapse without access to the content of the notification, it will be understood that it has been rejected and the procedure will be deemed to have been carried out, continuing the procedure.
PERSONAL DATA
According to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter RGPD), and with Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it is reported that the personal data provided through the following forms will be incorporated into the treatments "National Registry of Radio Frequencies" and "Management of liquidations of spectrum rates", whose responsibility is the Sub-Directorate General of Planning and Management of the Radio Spectrum, with the purpose of granting technical rights of radio domain.
The aforementioned processing of personal data is necessary so that the Sub-Directorate General of Planning and Management of the Radio Spectrum can carry out the functions attributed to it to comply with the legal obligations established in Law 11/2022, of June 28, General of Telecommunications. Decisions are not made based on the automated processing of this personal data. You can exercise your rights before the person responsible for the treatments.
