The purpose of self-assessment is the regular analysis by the organizations themselves of their management processes and results to identify strengths and weaknesses and to identify appropriate improvement plans.
The Evaluation, Learning and Improvement Model (EVAM) represents a simple and affordable methodology that allows to know the level of quality in the management and results of organizations, to perform, as an assisted self-assessment, a first analysis of the organizational maturity and level of service delivery and to guide the way forward, making available to organizations tools for improving their performance.
