The Directorate-General of Public Service is preparing these studies with the aim of offering the widest possible view on the distribution of staff in the General Administration of the State (AGE) according to their age, with the ultimate aim of analysing the possible future impact that pensions and possible casualties will have as a result of the ageing of staff.
