Resolution authorising, under certain conditions and on a temporary and experimental basis, the use of the frequency band of 40,650 - 40,750 MHz (8 metres) by holders of amateur radio authorisations.
In relation to the procedure for informing the corresponding Provincial Telecommunications Inspection Headquarters, established in the Third Resolution, it is reported that it should be carried out through the electronic headquarters form.

Information to be taken into account for broadcasting in 70 MHz
Paragraph Fifteen of Order IET/614/2015 of 6 April, amending Order IET/787/2013 of 25 April, approving the national frequency allocation table (BOE No 86 of 10 April 2015), added a new paragraph in Note of Use UN-132 of the National Frequency Allocation Table (CNAF) with the following text:
‘The frequency band 70,150-70,200 MHz may be used by the amateur service on a secondary basis and subject to the technical conditions set out in Annex I to the Regulation on the use of the public domain by radio amateurs, approved by Order IET/1311/2013 of 9 July.’
Consequently, in order to make broadcasts in the aforementioned band, radio amateurs must take into account that:
- The express authorization of this Secretary of State for the realization of broadcasts in the aforementioned band is no longer required.
- If harmful interference occurs with other authorised telecommunication services, the broadcasts must be immediately suspended.
- They will not be able to request protection against interference caused by authorized telecommunications services.
