The National Observatory of Technology and Society (ONTSI), carries out studies and indicators, analyzes policies, strategies and trends, identifies good practices and processes, disseminates and exchanges knowledge of the Information Technology and Telecommunications sector in Spain and in the European Union. It depends on the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
