Reports on public perception of public services
Historical reports on the citizens’ perception of public services, through which the degree of citizens’ satisfaction with public policies and services in Spain is studied. In addition, it may include an analysis of the public agenda, meaning the set of issues that are the subject of extensive attention by the citizens. The purpose of the document is to describe the degree of satisfaction of citizens with the services and to identify issues likely to improve in relation to the services provided.
