Description	Submit in the first quarter of each calendar year an annual certification of those radio stations with authorization for commissioning, confirming that, during the previous year, they have respected the limits of exposure to radio emissions. The annual certification can be of three types (B, C or D), as established in Order CTE/23/2002, of January 11, which establishes conditions for the presentation of certain studies and certifications by operators of radiocommunication services.

Access to the procedure relating to Electronic communications in harmonised bands is restricted to persons authorised by holders of public radio domain use. If a holder needs to enable access to a person, he/she can contact the Sub-Directorate General of Telecommunications Inspection (SGIT-secretaria@digital.gob.es).

According to the art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and art. 11 of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights of December 5, 2018, it is reported that personal data provided through this form or those collected from other bodies or agencies will be treated by the General Subdirectorate of Inspection of Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures with the purpose of resolving the procedures referred to in article 8 of Royal Decree 188/2016, of May 6, which approves the Regulation establishing the requirements for the marketing, putting into service and use of radio equipment, and regulates the procedure for the evaluation of conformity, the monitoring of the market and the telecommunication regime.
