This report analyzed the perception of citizens about public services in Spain. The degree and determinants of citizen satisfaction with public services and attitudes towards public spending in various policy sectors are studied.
On this occasion, special attention is given to public services of an administrative nature and includes the analysis of the opinions of citizens towards public employees, as well as the attitudes of the public in relation to e-government and the complaints and suggestions programme, which was launched in due course by the administration with the aim of improving the quality of the services it provides.
