Submission of documentation in market surveillance of equipment

Law 11/2022, of June 28, General of Telecommunications.
Royal Decree 188/2016, of May 6, (BOE 10-05- 2016), approving the Regulation laying down the requirements for the placing on the market, putting into service and use of radio equipment, and regulating the procedure for the assessment of conformity, market surveillance and the sanctioning regime for telecommunications equipment.
According to the art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and art. 11 of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights of December 5, 2018, it is reported that personal data provided through this form or those collected from other bodies or agencies will be treated by the General Subdirectorate of Inspection of Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures with the purpose of resolving the procedures referred to in article 8 of Royal Decree 188/2016, of May 6, which approves the Regulation establishing the requirements for the marketing, putting into service and use of radio equipment, and regulates the procedure for the evaluation of conformity, the monitoring of the market and the telecommunication regime.
