Report to the Congress of Deputies on the Activity of State Agencies during 2011

The fourth report on the activity of the State Agencies, a series launched in 2009 by the Department of Quality of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL), is presented.

In this fourth edition, the usual basic conceptual methodological reference being used, Royal Decree 951/2005 regulating the General Framework for Quality Improvement in the General Administration of the State, has been completed with the collection of experiences and good practices in terms of innovation, transparency and sustainability.

Evaluation has been established not only as a basic tool for promoting and boosting modernisation and change in public administration, but is also essential in ensuring the necessary efficiency, transparency and sustainability.
