Born in Jaén in 1974

Career Officer of the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State since 2007. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Granada. Leadership and Public Management Program (IESE).

Currently it carries out the functions of the General Subdirectorate of Relations with other Administrations, by Royal Decree 863/2018, of 13 July, which develops the basic structure of the Ministry, dealing with the coordination and cooperation with the competent bodies in the field of public service of the administrations of the autonomous communities, as well as participation in European forums and other international bodies that affect the competences of the General Directorate, and the study and report of the acts and provisions in the field of public service emanating from the autonomous communities; the issuance of reports and responses of consultations formulated by other public administrations in relation to the Local Administration

In this context, it acts as the Secretariat of the Committee for the Coordination of Public Employment and is part of the Spanish Delegation to the EUPAN Network (European Public Administration Network) and the OECD Public Employment Management Group (PEM).

Previously, among others, she has held the positions of Chief of Personnel Area in the Subdirectorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Development (2008-2018), Deputy Assistant Director of Human Resources in the National Commission of Markets and Competition (2018), Advisory Member in the Secretary of State for Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (2019-2022) and Transport Advisor in the permanent representation of Spain to the European Union in Brussels (2023-2024).
