Who we are
The Central Personnel Registry (CPR) is the administrative registry of the General State Administration. It contains acts and resolutions affecting the administrative life of staff within its scope. It is regulated by Royal Decree 2073/1999 of 30 December, amending the Regulations of the Central Register of Personnel and the rules of coordination with those of the other public administrations.
The General Sub-directorate of the Central Personnel Registry is the unit of the General Directorate of the Public Service that holds the Head of the Central Personnel Registry and is responsible for its management, as well as for carrying out the statistical analysis of the information contained in that Registry.
Mission
The mission of the Central Personnel Registry is to register information on the administrative life of staff of the General State Administration to facilitate the management and planning of human resources.
Vision
The vision of the Central Personnel Registry is constituted as a pillar of the human resources information system of the General Administration of the State: an instrument capable both of providing dynamic and prospective information for decision-making in the planning and management of human resources, and of reflecting the different milestones in the administrative life of the public employee.
