Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University Centre for Financial Studies (CUNEF) in Madrid, with an extraordinary end-of-career award, as well as in Law by the Complutense University of Madrid.

Since joining the Higher Body of Business Technicians and Economists of the State in 2009, he has served in the Ministry of Economy Directorate-General for Economic Policy and General Directorate of the Treasury, as well as in the Secretariat of the Delegated Commission of the Government for Economic Affairs and as assistant director-general for Sectoral Policies in the Economic Office of the Presidency of the Government.

She has also been Deputy Director-General for International Energy Relations in the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda and Energy Coordinator in the Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union.

From 2020 to November 2023, he was general technical secretary at the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, and from November 2023 to the present under-secretary of Digital Transformation.
