They are part of the "Plan for the Recruitment of Talent in the General Administration of the State", which seeks to attract talent to the Public Administrations by promoting job opportunities in the Public Service.
The General Directorate of the Public Service is developing, since 2019, a conference in the General Administration of the State, which will ensure the incorporation of enough people in the public sector to successfully develop the best public services.
These days seek to improve the image of the General Administration of the State as an employer, as well as that of its employees and creating awareness of the value of the public services provided.
Conference 2025
One of the strategies for “talent acquisition” is to bring together and publicize the job opportunities offered by the Public Service. Within the framework of this plan, seminars are organized in different areas such as universities, professional colleges and education centres, where the rapporteurs explain public employment as a professional outlet.
