Official of the Superior Body of Civil Administrators of the State since 2018 and Bachelor of Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Currently, since August 2022, he is the head of the Sub-Directorate General of Consulting, Advice and Human Resources Assistance, currently the Sub-Directorate General of Legal Regime, having held different positions in the same sub-directorate since his inauguration.
The Office of the Assistant Director-General for Consultancy, Advisory and Human Resources Assistance is the unit responsible for the legal system of the Directorate General of the Civil Service. It deals with the study, report and proposal of measures for the normative management of the public service, the regulations on the legal regime of public employees of the General State Administration; and the advice on human resources of the State public sector, providing technical assistance to ministerial departments and other public administrations. It also serves as the secretariat of the permanent committee of the Higher Personnel Commission.
Prior to taking office as a career civil servant, he has served in the private sector, practicing civil and labour law, as a legal adviser in public and parliamentary affairs, as a Z/OS system operator, and participating in numerous legal education activities.
