  • Sentencia de 9 de octubre de 2012, de la Sala Tercera del Tribunal Supremo (BOE 01/11/2012) cancelling the paragraph "must be verified by an entity that has the necessary independence with regard to the construction process of the building and the means and technical training for it" in fine of the fifth paragraph of article 9 of Royal Decree 346/2011, of 11 March, approving the Regulation on common telecommunications infrastructures for access to telecommunication services inside buildings.
  • Sentencia de 17 de octubre de 2012, de la Sala Tercera del Tribunal Supremo (BOE 07/11/2012) annuls the clause "in Article 3 of Royal Decree-Law 1/1998, of 27 February, on common infrastructures in buildings for access to telecommunication services" included in Article 8(2)(a); fifth paragraph of Article 9(1); Article 10(1) and third paragraph of Article 10(2) of the Regulation on common telecommunications infrastructures for access to telecommunication services within buildings approved by Royal Decree 346/2011, of 11 March.
