regulating the fire-reaction characteristics of telecommunications cables inside buildings, amending certain annexes to the Regulation on common telecommunications infrastructures for access to telecommunications services inside buildings, approved by Royal Decree 346/2011 of 11 March and amending Order ITC/1644/2011 of 10 June, implementing that Regulation.

The processing of personal data is necessary to resolve the procedures and provide the indicated services. The complaints and requests for information received (including your personal data) will be sent to the aforementioned Subdirectorate General, before whom you can exercise your rights.
