Communication of electronic services
Unqualified Trusted Electronic Services
Unqualified electronic trust service providers according to Article 3(16) of the Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (eIDAS Regulation), shall be published on the website of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service in accordance with Article 12 of the Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of trusted electronic services.
Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation, the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service It does not check the alignment of the corresponding services to the applicable legislation on trust services before their publication.
Unqualified electronic trust service providers must remit in order to be included in the list of providers provided for in Article 12 of the Regulation. Law 6/2020 of 11 Novemberthe information concerning the services they provide and the data relating to the provider (communication form).
This information must be sent to the General Subdirectorate for the Digital Society through electronic registration, using the services of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry.
People who understand that their provision it doesn't fit to the eIDAS Regulation or to Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services may inform the Ministry for its investigation and correction, if applicable, through the mailbox lfe@economia.gob.es.
