Presentation of annual certifications of radioelectric exposure levels of radiocommunication stations
Requirements
The owners of certain stations must send to the Ministry a certification made by a competent technician that the exposure limits established in annex II of the regulation approved by Royal Decree 1066/2001, of 28 September, have been respected.
These stations must have the authorization to be put into service, have an ER1 or ER3 typology, and be part of public electronic communications networks that provide any of the following services:
- (a) Sound broadcasting and television services.
- (b) Electronic communications services in the frequency bands with limitation of the number of titles to be awarded identified in the first additional provision of the regulation on the use of the public radio domain.
- (c) Radio search service.
- d) Mobile communications service in a closed user group.
- (e) Fixed satellite service, mobile satellite service and satellite broadcasting service.
- (f) Fixed wireless access and fixed point-to-multipoint services, other than those referred to in subparagraph (b) above
Documentation required to submit the certification of radioelectric exposure levels
The documents and models of the annual certifications that must be presented are in the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry.
Deadlines for submitting the certification
The presentation of the annual certifications corresponding to the previous year must be done between January 1 and March 31 of the following year.
Access to the procedures
It can present annual certifications of radio exposure levels of radio stations through the Electronic Headquarters with digital certificate.
