The Sectoral Plan for Market Surveillance of Telecommunications Equipment 2022-2026, represents an overview of the national sectoral market surveillance strategy for telecommunications products, required by Regulation (EU) No 2019/1020, in order to ensure a coherent, global and integrated approach to market surveillance in Spain and the coordinated application of European Union harmonization legislation within the national territory, including border control.
