The use of the radio spectrum may be carried out under one of the following types: Private, Common or Special, regulated in Article 88 Law 11/2022, of June 28, General of Telecommunications and in Article 10 of the Regulation on the use of the public radio domain, approved by Royal Decree 123/2017, of February 24.
