The Intermediate Agency State Secretariat for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures (SETELECO) carries out the actions co-financed by the Multiregional Operational Programme of Spain (POPE) ERDF 2014-2020 through the General Subdirectorate of Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Operators.

The line of action developed by SETELECO currently focuses on the scope of Priority Axis 2 of the POPE:
Priority Axis 2: Improving the use and quality of and access to ICT
This line of action is fully aligned with the institutional commitment to incorporate the gender perspective in the strategic objectives and in the different lines of action, and in accordance with what is reflected in the section Gender Equality from the website of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Until May 2019, actions of Priority Axis 1 and Priority Axis 2 were executed through the Public Business Entity Red.es.
