The CE marking is subject to Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008. The marking must be visible, legible and indelible on the apparatus or, where this is not possible, on the packaging and the accompanying documents. The CE marking must measure at least 5 mm in height.
If the manufacturer uses Module H, it must accompany the CE marking of the notified body number.
