She holds a degree in Law (1995) and a PhD in Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid (1999). She has been an Official of the Corps of Higher Graduates, a legal specialization in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura since 2002.

There she developed most of her career in the field of human resources and public service, serving as Director-General of Public Service, Human Resources and Inspection.

Since 2016 she has been developing her career in the General Administration of the State, where she has held the positions of Head of Area in the Subdirectorate-General of Relations with other Administrations of the Directorate-General of the Civil Service, Adviser in the Cabinet of the General Secretariat of Civil Service and the Secretary of State for Civil Service or Adviser in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Justice, among others.

He has also been a member of Courts of selective tests for access to the Public Service and participated as a teacher in different training actions.
