Degree in Law (1995) and PhD in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (1999), is a Civil Servant of the Corps of Senior Graduates, a legal specialty of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura since 2002.

She held most of her career in the field of human resources and civil service, serving as Director-General for Civil Service, Human Resources and Inspection.

Since 2016, she has been pursuing her career in the General Administration of the State, where she has held the posts of Head of Area in the General Sub-directorate of Relations with other Administrations of the General Directorate of the Civil Service, advisory vocal in the Cabinet of the General Secretariat of Civil Service and the Secretariat of State of Civil Service or Adviser in the Cabinet of the Justice.

He has also been a member of the Courts of Selective Evidence for Access to the Public Service and has participated as a teacher in various training actions.
