Graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, she is a career civil servant of the Superior Body of Civil Administrators of the State.
She has a long career in the General Administration of the State, having held, among others, the position of Technical Secretary General of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Function, General Director of the Foreign Service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, where she was the first woman to perform this function, Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency of the Government, Councilor in Brussels in the Permanent Representation of Spain before the European Union as responsible for the internal market and housing, Director of Cabinet of the Secretariat of State for Science, Innovation and Assistant Director of the Ministry.
Before joining the public service, she developed her professional career in the private sector as an expert lawyer in Commercial Law in prestigious law firms such as Garrigues and Alemany, Escalona and De Fuentes.
