She holds a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Complutense University of Madrid.

From June 2020 until December 31, 2022, she held the position of Vocal Adviser in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Public Service.

He has developed his professional career in different organizations mainly in the area of human resources: Director of People and Labor Relations in Posts, Assistant Director General of Labor Orientation and Intermediation in the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Community of Madrid, Head of the Department of Human Resources in the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Assistant Director General of Human Resources of the Ministry of Justice, Vice-President of Human Resources at the National University of Distance Education, Manager of the National Library and Assistant Director General of Personnel of the National Institute of Musical Arts and Performing Arts.

He has been a member of different Courts of selective tests for access to Bodies or Scales of Subgroup A1 and has participated as a teacher in several training actions in the field of human resources management.
