Functions
- The carrying out of studies on the administrative career, mobility and professional performance of public employees of the General State Administration, the processing of the processes of acquisition and loss of the status of public employee, the authorization and, where appropriate, management of the processes of interministerial mobility and provision of posts of official personnel, the exercise of the competences attributed to the State Secretariat of Public Service in matters of administrative situations; the management of personnel procedures derived from the organic dependence of the bodies and scales attached to the Ministry through the State Secretariat of Public Service, and the convening and resolution of processes of provision of posts of the single Staff Administration Convention.
- The authorization and, where appropriate, processing of service commissions and other forms of provision of jobs of the General Administration of the State by personnel coming from other public administrations, with the exception of the procedures of competition and free appointment of official personnel.
