Delegated Tables

There is a Delegate Table for each ministerial area and in any case in:

  • Penitentiary institutions.
  • Directorate-General for Traffic.
  • State Tax Administration Agency.
  • National Institute of Health Management.
  • Social Security Management Entities: [National Social Security Institute (INSS), the Social Marine Institute (ISM), the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and the State Public Employment Service (SEPE)].

The subjects under negotiation in the Delegated Boards, always referring to their area of competence, will be at least those related to:

  • The application of remuneration and job classification systems and other human resources management elements.
  • The application of work schedules, calendars, days, holidays, permits, etc.
  • The implementation of occupational health and safety measures. Vocational training and promotion.
  • The social action.
  • Provision of posts.
  • Those issues specific to the field.
  • Those that develop or affect the professional progression of public employees.
  • Any other that is expressly entrusted to them by the General Negotiating Committee of the General Administration of the State or has not been the subject of a decision by the General Negotiating Committee.
